Yup, totally understand you cannot watch your game whilst drinking, and agree the beer they serve is crap, however, you cannot get away from the fact that their 'service' and queuing system is better than ours.
Thinking about it, its within all of our interests to get this sorted.
More beer and food consumed = more revenue to the club.
More beer and food consumed = happy football fans.
Ive seen it in other stadiums with open space and no wall.
Sydney Football Ground (very very similar in design and shape to the Amex) do it successfully.
Even ask people for ID when they pay before grabbing the beer.
Also, the food and drink is served seperately at the Sydney football Ground...

A couple of personal observations (WSU)
I put the blame onto Azure. They havent embraced their contract at all.
They are making classic mistakes. Sort it out!
Few observations:
-) Queing system is outdated. In many stadiums overseas they have one person taking the money for drinks / food...
One other point, Im a season ticket holder for WSU, however, Ive managed to bag a 1901 club ticket for tomorrow as a gift from a friend, so hopefully I can provide a perspective on what its like in that area ..... apart from eating prawn sandwiches that is!!!!
