I've had an email saying I'm getting £200 back for my ST (not renewed next year) but nothing about my son's ST which comes out of my account as well or my university season parking.

If you remember, a season or two ago multiple season ticket holders had to set up seperate email accounts for each ticket. It was called something like, my digital albion, or some such. I specifically remember having to set up email accounts for my kid's tickets, whereas before everything went through just my email.

So yes, check your Son's email account, or the one you set up for him if that was the case. The refund details for his ticket are in there

They've been quick to announce the refunds, yes, but why not give people the option of receiving their refund in one lump sum?

Ask them not me.....on the basis I’ve already started paying for 20/21, knocking it off that cost makes sense.

This. Struggling to see how the club could have handled things much better. Thread will still be full of whinging ****ers though as always.

Absolutely agree. My email today was about refund for Norwich tickets. You wonder what some people actually expect.

Very happy with the way the club have handled it, and quite happy with refund being taken off future DD payments.

Lots of people said they were interested in splitting between donation and refund and this can be done. Log in and just select the individual games to donate which is just 1/5 of the total in the email. The ones you don’t do this for will be refunded. But not sure if that is the case if your a direct debut payer.

The email I set up for him delivers to my email (I have my own domain so I can deliver them to any account). I’ve had nothing to him.

Maybe delayed then?

I've had emails to all of our accounts with the correct amounts to each.

I'm sure it will turn up. The club have been brilliant in this so far I reckon, and sure they must have a lot of emails to get through.

I pay for my son's ST too and we have separate "my digital" accounts. He hasn't received an email from the club about a refund but in the email sent to me I note it says "If you pay for multiple season-tickets on one credit/debit card, please note all of these are included in the calculation below:"

I checked the refund amount they quoted in my email and it is definitely for 2 STs. It therefore looks like they may be contacting only those who pay for the STs and to whom refunds are owed.

Have these emails been received by all as I have not had any notifications at all?

My son has not been notified yet either although my refund for season tickets has been acknowledged. He’s also waiting to hear about the refund for 4 Norwich tickets he bought for us as a group.

I wouldn't worry about the e-mail too much. If you want a refund it happens without you doing anything. If you want to donate log into the ticket site and go to the ticket histrory bit (click on your name in the top right corner) and click on the Norwich ticket and there is a button at the top with a heart which says donate/waive refund. It let's you mix it up if you want to donate one ticket but refund the others which is good if you booked more than 1.

For those of you due a reduction on your monthly payments I believe this should have started from today's payment for June, however mine was still at the full rate. I've emailed the club, has anyone else not seen their payment reduced?

Might be worth checking your bank accounts for those who don’t normally look that closely.

There was an article on the club website saying the deadline for deciding in refunds had been extended to today (i think). Refunds were then going to be processed next week, so presumably you'll see the change in the July payment.

Mine is the same amount as May too. No reduction.

I missed that, would have made sense for the club to email that information out as it was a change from what the original refund email said (I'm sure I'm not the only one not paying that much attention to the club website right now). It's no big deal from a financial point of view, was more concerned someone at the club had forgotten to press go on a load of direct debit changes meaning they'd have to re-do the lot.

Have faith, this is the Albion, not those jokers up the road.
