Morning all,

Just in case anyone else gets confused like I did, I got an email about refunds from the Albion yesterday which said:

Below, we have listed the matches/parking you have purchased, the value of the refund you will receive for each, along with the card details that you paid with:

And then there was nothing listed. Thought it was an error (which it is in a way) or that there was a problem until my OH pointed out that further down it says:

Please note that this email refers to individual match tickets and parking that you have purchased by credit/debit card. Seasonal refund communications will follow in the next few days.

*phew* ???

I had a similar email but it listed a ticket I bought for my grandson for the Man Utd game. The £25 will be put back into my bank account during the second week in June.

Norwich money on the way apparently, less the £1 per ticket booking charge of course.

Annoying as that is, that will be the money that goes to Seatgeek for the service. A lot of ticketing systems are paid for by transaction rather than paying for the system as they are hosted.

BTW - got an email yesterday saying I will get my Arsenal parking back.

I'm hoping that all of us who unsubscibed from the club's emails on account of the stupid number of emails about the wimmins club that nobody gave much of a shit about will still be entitled to a refund?

Ha ha you are brave putting that!! You'll have the NSC elite calling you all sorts soon and possibly banning you from the thread. Totally agree with you btw it's why I unsubscribed as was sick of getting emails about the women's team which I couldn't give a stuff about. I was emailed today and told as I had unsubscribed so were 'unable to contact me with a full breakdown.'

I am owed £236 over 2 direct debits , I would really like straight back as it’s for previous season but unfortunately if coming off the current direct debits , I don’t know why??? But does any know will this be straight off the first few direct debits so zero for a few months or is this just gonna drag on the rest of the year with £23 off each month for next 10 months ?

It will be deducted in equal amounts from your remaining installments up to and including March 2021. If you took the payment holiday it will begin in August. That’s the theory anyway. In practice, as we all know, the 2020/21 payments will have to be suspended because we won’t be allowed to attend the games so at some point the club will have to rebate 2019/20 as a lump sum. At the moment though we are still in stick fingers in ears mode.

Why not take it off the 21/22 season’s direct debits instead?

Just got the email confirming rebate amount for 2019/20 for two season tickets to be paid into my account mid June. I’m not in DD scheme.

I got an email to say I'm being paid back for my Arsenal car-parking, which I see as very thorough by the club. It's only £15, but they're clearly on top of it.

I also got an email today to say that my overpayment this season, 5/19ths, will be lopped off the payments from June this year.

I'm satisfied. Can't ask for any more than that, really. I'm very much looking forward to seeing live football in 2025, and I'll even buy a Blue and White striped Hazmat suit for the occasion. :albion:

I've had an email saying I'm getting £200 back for my ST (not renewed next year) but nothing about my son's ST which comes out of my account as well or my university season parking.

This. Struggling to see how the club could have handled things much better. Thread will still be full of whinging ****ers though as always.

Does your son have his own email address? If so I expect he’ll get an email.
I think the parking (lump sum) is being done separately.

The club has been excellent and couldn’t have acted any earlier.

Why didn't you renew out of interest ?

This is at the bottom of my email, it may apply to you...

If you pay for multiple season-tickets on one direct debit, please note all of these are included in the calculation below:

They've been quick to announce the refunds, yes, but why not give people the option of receiving their refund in one lump sum?
