She goes through (via some editing) some possible deterrents for illegal immigrants, pretty standard politican fare, she mentions 'physical barriers' in that list and that is all you've got. She does not say she wants to build a wall along the border to keep out all the murdering and raping bad hombres of Mexico and that they will pay for it.
I'm sure there's worse out there on HC. This is laughable.

The Trump protest was about the UK welcoming someone into our country with a state visit.

The story you've linked has no UK link. If people thought a protest about Trump (which directly involved the UK) was pointless, then what would they say about this?

I'm not worried about Trump per se, it's the unelected Steve Bannon that is the brains behind all this.

No, but if I was inclined to protest against Trump, I might in light of this atrocity and many others throughout the world reconsider my priorities.
