Jake Robinson.

Bless him, he still going very strong out at the enclosed ground and knocking on the conference door with still more FA cup glory on the cards ( could be us in the next round if they beat Dagenham and Redbridge).

Heres to you Jakey Robinson Brighton loves you more than you will know....

For the old farts amongst us, slide rules and logarithms

Good riddance to them!

I'll also add CB radio to the list (sorry if I've missed it earlier) - but I think this thread is running out of interest now - too many repeats. Or perhaps some people just don't read before posting (shock, horror! Not on NSC, shirley!).

Bit younger but there's still been a bit of fairly common tech. The more advanced forms of analogue satellite TV (Wegener Panda audio, 'channel expanders' etc), minidiscs. Widescreen tube TVs, flat front tube TVs. Handheld computers/PDAs (dedicated purpose - the iPod Touch basically is still one as are nearly all mobile phones). PowerPC computers - all Macs from the 1990s to mid 2000s.
