I pity you, yet you have been sensitive enough to find many of my posts insulting.

#Bless

nope, but nice try. I'm not insulted by you. i sussed your weak game out straight away and have been running rings around you ever since. anyway seeing you tend to run away screaming from things like books let me educate you a bit. I am very pleased you and Sadfish pity me as I tend to agree with old Freddy Nietzsche. When he describes the morality of strong types and weak types. I think the Book was called Beyond good and evil but anyway.

Pity he said, and I'm quoting from memory here , is the morality of the weak. As their own rotten constitution eats away at them they show empathy with the perceived flaws in others. The Morality of the strong is not to show pity but show mercy, someone who will make room for someones weaknesses but not be consumed by it through sympathy/pity etc.

So congrats fools, you are a pair of self defining moral weaklings. But to most reading your posts would not be surprised by that.

.....then berating someone for lack of scientific knowledge and using politics and sociology as examples of science! As Richard Littlejohn would say you really couldn't make this up.:lolol:

BTW Do you mind me asking what country you are resident in at the moment?

Ok, it's late, i'll bite. I know you're not particularly good at doing your own research, so i've provided links, i doubt you'll read them, but someone else *might* find them interesting if they're a saddo like me.

Here's the definition of 'science' for you. Pay attention to 1.2

http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/science

Here's the wiki page on political/social science:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_science
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_science

At university i did a 'proper' (as i considered then) science degree. Sociology just didn't have the data to verify it's assumptions back then. In this day and age it is a science (see definition of science).

If you do look at the definition and also have had any experience of 'proper' science, you'll see the word encompasses anything with a body of knowledge that can be backed up by rigorous data to disprove/prove assumptions (which is what 'proper' science has done historically).

It is my vain hope that you are able to understand this and perhaps educate yourself a little more.

FYI, in a study of newspapers the daily mail had the least number of facts and the most opinion for the copy it produced. The daily mail is not a paper for people that want to learn things, which is probably why you read it. Also it is known for concealing particular types of stories which is quite insidious. Presumably at the moment it won't report on any 'good' islam stories, and therefore give you a twisted view of the world.

Why do you want to know which country i live in? (I think i can possibly guess).

This reminds me of a scene in the film 300. You know when the Athenian asked the Sparten General where are your soldiers? The General then asked their professions, potter, farmer etc. Then asked the Spartens what their profession was? Well a good example of someone put in their place.

Now you see your user name pompouspaladin? What if I told you I have as many letters after my name as you have in yours?.I'm afraid its true.

It would explain why am not insulted by you, in fact every time you squeal "Do your research" I'm rolling around laughing at you.

Oh ad ive read the DM, Ive read all the papers to compare stories and they are all the same. But it makes sense your multiple post response and desperate grasping for DM memes to show you are getting way out your depth again.

Some words that are different mean the same thing depending on outcomes or perspective, for example Brave/stupid were it could be seen as brave going over niagra falls in a barrel but also stupid. Confident/arrogant is another example that depends on prior experiance or outcome with hindsight.

The companion word for pompous is buffoon.

This reminds me of a scene in the film 300.

It more reminds me of red dwarf, a character 'Lister' was kept sane by having to put up with a detestable oaf called 'Rimmer'. Every time i post on here, you say something ill thought out, presumably driven by anger and stupidity.
You are my 'Rimmer'.

It occurs to me that the reason you are unable to do basic research, such as finding the definition of a word, is because you're not very good with the technology.
It's possible that as you open to write a post you're frightened of losing what you have written.
If you look at the top of the 'browser' you should see a 'tab' with a small area as if another tab is hidden behind it. If you click on that you will open up another window, there you can google things, so you won't have to misquote from memory, or make yourself feel angry by looking foolish after not understanding the definition of a word.

You're welcome.

I noticed you quoted Nietzsche. I do quite like him, one of the reasons i am socially and morally conscious is that so as many people as possible can fulfil their potential.
But he is considered to be one of the most emotional philosophers, and also 'fact lite' - which would seem to suit you. Nearly everything that you have posted towards me has been filled with emotion.

Perhaps i have wound you up too much, by pointing out previously where you used incorrect facts (otherwise known as lies) that you have plucked from thin air (between your ears).

Would you mind if i asked you a personal question? Your constant anger and emotions could be a sign of someone with high blood pressure, would you mind telling me if you suffer from this? If so, you won't hear another peep out of me.

I see your geting desperate as you are projecting again, I'm not emotional as, well for starters Ive got you in hand.

Philosophy has nothing to do with facts hence knee cher and all others are "fact lite", i mean were do you get these stupid terms from? You are making it up of the hoof arn't you?:lolol: from google.

Philosophy is divided into many sub-fields. These include epistemology, logic, metaphysics, ethics, and aesthetics

so ot many facts here are there? Do I have to correct all your errors?

Neecha was considered one of the least emotional but prosaic philosophers. He considered Thus spoke Zarathrusta a poetic version of "Beyond good and evil". He earned is rep first through epistemology analyzing the greek classics and moved on to Meta physics and ethics criticism Schopenhauer for being emotional/miserable. He refereed to himself as a free spirit.

Oh and incorrect facts are errors not lies, try not to project as i'll just continue to nail your stupidity and ignorance. You on the other hand appear to be loosing your grip, multiple posts, unsubstantiated claims, major errors, projection. It wont be long before your popping veins on your forehead as you shoot snot onto your keyboard while snorting away and having palpatations.

so go on then slappy, say something else even more stupid.

And here lies the problem laid out for all to see in one sentence.

Not only do we have to deal with extremist muslims going out to fight in these areas we have to also deal with frackwits like this prick who support them and apologise for them constantly day after day,,supporting these ****s through charities, mugging us off, taking the piss and then having the ****ing nerve to say anyone who questions this world view is ignorant and bigoted......go frack yourself paladin and the troll ship you sailed in on!

Hehe. Bless you for trolling, as you well know i don't support them. I've never apologised for them either. Quote me anywhere to show it.

As for the 'pass me a gun' bit. If you were born at the time, and were a young man would you not have signed up to defend our brethren against hitler?

I would like to read that study, can you provide the link please.

Sure thing, although i last read it over 2 years ago, so will take a little digging.

In the mean time whilst i dig for that, could you link where i have shown support for these terrorists, or apologised for them (your words).

I have a feeling you jumped to a conclusion, that i'm muslim, rather than thinking that i was making similarities as to what we would do in their position ('ordinary' citizens of somalia, not terrorists). Did you? It seems usual for you to jump to assumptions rather than asking for clarification. This often weakens your presence by making you appear stupid.

Thanks also for showing us the vile side of your character, the inference here is that charity work is bad. I presume you got that from the homeless thread.

Would you also do me a favour and ask yourself how much do you understand and know about mental illness? Something that is common amongst homeless people. After asking yourself that question, would you consider whether your opinion on homelessness is based in knowledge or gut emotions?

funny how everyone who doesn't agree with you is being over emotional, assuming, jumping to conclusions. And you accuse others of mental illness? From what i see your not far from going full retard and spazzing out all over the place.:lolol:

It comes up when you put 5 branches of philosophy in google ,try using it. Oh and try and get a grip flaky, you are still to admit you were wrong about Nietzsche and you still haven't said what country you are resident i.

I would assume that the university that educated you would be incredibly proud of the good use you have made of your massive intellect (is one of your degrees in trolling on the internet?). Although I must say I would also be concerned that the university had such low standards in spelling, grammar, research, critical thinking and logic. Where was it out of interest?

Good for you for managing one level of research, respect for that.

Poor show on not being able to hold your hands up, that you didn't realise that the fundamental part of all philosophy is the study of what are facts and what are opinions. Epistemology.

I'm right about Nietzsche. I've already taught you 3 or 4 facts tonight, google it for yourself, i'm busy!
