O'Neil would fill me with the same confidence that Steve Bruce would of and look how he did (on a lesser budget Mr Poyet)

O'neil could be shrewd move , not sure he'd fancy it though

I'm going to champion Dennis Bergkamp.

Assistant HC at Ajax and runs their highly regarded development squad, and Tony likes to appoint an up and coming curve ball type as manager.

One of my sons came up with a sensible solution as I see it as either manager or even possibly player manager for 1 season Thierry Henry: played a the highest level under some good managers and would have a great connection with Arsene Wenger for loan players. He suggested as his assistant Emmanuel Petite but not sure what he is doing and how they get on as friends, but must be worth a thought

He's a bit busy earning over $4 million dollars a year playing for NY Red Bulls at the moment I do believe.

He is 35 years old so probably very near to the end of his playing career. He joined NY Red Bulls in 2010 so must be very near the end of a 2 year contract and at his age will he be offered another contract, could have a 3 year contract, or would he consider management back in England where he could have access to his daughter

I have an inkling it may be Redknapp.

When Barber got rid of Ramos & Poyet at Spurs, who did he help bring in?

There's also been no secret made of Redknapp's admiration for us as a club in recent months and having worked with Barber before, it would make sense for him to work with him again...I may be barking up the wrong tree but putting 2+2 together, it would make sense.

.

Which one dad or son? If Jamie he would be helping out the family from his Tottenham ties with Harry and leave Harry to carry on at QPR. I wouldnt be against that as I think that Jamie will become a good manager so he is n unknown quantity but so was Mullery and to a degree Poyet, and they have both done well for us.

you don't just think outside the box....you take the box, piss on it, shred it to pieces and throw it off a cliff and THEN do your thinking

What is the situation with coaches badges in the championship. I know you need the at the next level, not sure about ours. Does this rule anyone out that has been suggested.

Jamie redknapp would be a DISASTER. He is an utter moron with a peanut for a brain...makes his dad look like Einstein...

I've been thinking this for a while, mainly due to his virtually constant running down of his current squad & his begining to mention Brighton in the press towards the end of the season. I hadn't even considered the Barber angle. I'm really not sure this would be good news, I might put a few quid on to soften the blow when it happens.

Why every manager has to start somewhere and be given the opportunity. You obviously said the same when we signed Bobby Smith the current England centre forward and Mullery when he packed up playing at Fulham so why is Henry so absurd please tell oh wise one.

Senior with son possibly helping out?

Apparently Redknapp has threatened to walk and also he is now joint second favourite at 4-1 with BetVictor...I think this may have some legs
