Any STHs still struggling to buy Aston Villa tickets online?

I had a problem trying to by tickets for three gold members so that we would get seats together.
Each ticket in the drop down panel had my name in the drop down with my membership number. I was unable to change the names and membership numbers to the other members names and numbers.
Went to checkout and was told I can only buy one ticket.
What is the point of having the group buy booking option?

Have your friends followed the F&F guidelines to add you to their F&F, so you can buy on their behalf? They have to give you permission, not the other way around.

Being helpful - the club sent me an e-mail confirming my membership number and password to make it easier to book online - exellent marketing for once. (Ihad already booked!)

Had real problems, want to sit with a couple of other people and the system seems far too complecated with too many questions, have now posted, but the club don't make it easy. Can't see why applications couldn't have been done by phone TBH

Okay - no problem. Sitting with other people is easy, they just have to link their account with yours via the F&F option. I can assure you for the majority, online booking is much easier than phone. Average waiting time would have been monsterous.

Me! Sent off a request for a password or whatever but not had one yet. Im not even trying to sit with anyone or anything, all i want is to log on and it wont even let me do that. If i phone up the ticket office can they give me a password there and then?

Your season ticket should have your FAN NUMBER printed on it. Can you PM it over to me please, along with your name, address and postcode please.

I am going for the group booking. We have 2 gold, 1 blue and 3 white members.

All of the white members can't get there passwords to work. I know we cant order together until Wednesday yet it would be reassuring to know the guys can log in and at me to their friends list.

No problem. Send me their names, addresses and FAN NUMBERS (if they know them - they may be able to find them on their match tickets used or unused, from this season).

The password sent did not work neiher did the alternative contained in a club email. This was sometime ago. I gave up and visit the shop. Obviously I am reluctant to follow any advice given by HB&B.

Mate if you put your postcode in the password field you'd have a ticket by now. I don't think I noticed you before on here but having a go at someone without trying out the advice they have given is a little sad.

I added three people who are also gold members in the family and friends section. It said each time: Customer added to family and friends.
But they didn't appear on screen and also not in drop down..

What can I do?

My son cannot be added to my account as a friend or family.

Also if I try to buy him an Everton one in his name only adult available.
