I would go with what you've said but put Gilmour in instead of Mac Allister. Unless Ferguson makes a miraculous recovery and then start him instead of Welbeck.

........and I'd put Veltman in instead of Lamptey, if he's not injured. Lamptey on with 15 to go if necessary.
