No it isn't. Get some perspective, or get a life.

What a well argued post.

He can give all the words he wants that sound lovely but the actions of him speak louder than words, his actions have destabilised our club massively, if he had just taken him and his coaches I’d have been a bit more understanding but he took two Albion stalwarts with him as well.

I understand him moving, but I don’t want to hear a bullshit letter about all the good times we’ve had.

Whilst there’s some sentiment therein, the words are ill served by the actions...

And that ‘grasp’ is unfortunate... sigh. I think he could have waited and got his chance on an even better stage, perhaps with a better club or even at international level. Gone at a time that was less contentious, less disappointing, disagreeable, and less chaotic for the club he claims to cherish.

Dismantling the back room too, and claiming Tony and Paul have got this... again stretching credulity just a wee bit.

I’m sure we’ll carry on - but to consolidate top 8, it’s going to be a massive ask.

Yeah, cheers Graham :/

Call me a cynic but I do not believe that he didn’t already know exactly what was about to happen after the Leicester game.

Look at his face, just look at his face!

A nice little letter, not too common from ex-maagers... no doubt it means nothing to most. The people wanting a thank you and goodbye are always the same ones who'll see it as empty words.

Anyway, Graham's gone, the club moves on. I can't wait to see Trossards trickery down the wing, Alexis scoring more screams, Gross doing his Gross-feints, Caicedo just casually stealing the ball from the most expensive and best technical players on the planet. There's a lot more to be excited about than there is to be afraid of.
Oh do **** off. This was addressed to Brighton fans, not you. Keep your nose out.

Empty words.

“There was so much positivity around the club” so I thought I would **** it up completely and walk away taking a club legend with me.

Wanker.

"Here Graham, how are you going to temper the anger, vitriol and grief you're going to get from Brighton fans for the rest of
your career?"

"I know, you could write some bollox, slime ball letter pretending you cared"

Looking at that boat, you believe he knew he was off?

That's my point.

You think that it would have stopped him celebrating a fabulous victory and atmosphere if he did?

It all happened much much too quickly for him not to have known imo
