I think your being a little presumptious (sp) saying soccerball is peoples 1st sport.

Personally I fell out of love with football long ago.
Making a huge distinction between football and The Albion.

For me it's:-
Cycling
Cricket (probably a timing thing)
American Football
Horse racing
Football

or

The Albion
Cycling
Cricket (probably a timing thing)
American Football
Horse racing
Football

Mine was cricket. Then I went to see the New York Rangers. Now it is ice hockey.

(small plug for my latest blog: http://sweatshoptachinardi.blogspot.com/2010/12/ever-fall-in-love-with-someone-you.html)

I imagine most will answer cricket, but what are other people's second (and third if you are feeling adventurous) sports?

For me, ice hockey closely followed by Rugby League (Go on FC).

I’d agree – I’ve followed the Rangers on and off for 2 years now. Madison Square is a great venue and what amazed me is the level of skill, fitness and dedication these guys have. Puts a lot of other so called sports to shame

I realised that after I had started the thread. My bad.

If we are talking watching, then it has to be cricket...but when it comes to playing sport, my all time favourite is hockey...whether that be on grass, astro, ice or any other suitable surface, either indoors or outdoors.

horse racing is definitely my favourite sport. ive recently decided that football is shit, and the only thing that really keeps me interested in it is playing or watching the albion live or england away

taking out the albion and horse racing, cricket, rugby, baseball or ice hockey depending on how well sussex, gloucester, blue jays or the canucks are getting on at the time

I dont believe what I am reading with some of the most boring sports going like Formula 1 and cycling. My favourite obviously is football followed by and I am not sure in which order Boxing and Cricket. Cant see the point of ice hockey just loads of blokes looking for a fight if thats what they want do it properly and take up boxing.

Tennis for me. In fact I play more tennis that football but in terms of watching I prefer football by far.
Third would probably be table tennis - could play it all day.
