I've been mulling a desk purchase for a considerable time as I just can't make my mind up as to what I want.

All pictures of your own home working space would be appreciated, as well as the good and bad points, to give me some inspiration.

It is hugely important to get this right.

Make sure that whatever you decide upon works in that you end up sat opposite a screen that does not involve your neck tilting upwards (or downwards) and, as someone else mentioned, that your shoulders are unrestricted by the arms of a chair of an inappropriate height, and that your forearms are not resting on a desk higher than appropriate to your chair.

Remember that, although it may not pain you initially, the downside of an incorrect set up will only manifest itself after some time (months).
