Christ....that's ropey!!! I have partaken of a Rustlers burger from time to time, but never with a can of stella.

I remember getting some of those microwaveable chips a few years back. The packet was sort of made out of honeycombe tubes with one chip inside each tube. Once they were "cooked" I tipped them onto the plate to expose, count them, 13 tiny, short, thin "chips". Delicious.

Does anyone remember that little fish & chip shop next to the Hove Park Tavern? Many many times during our Goldstone days, (oh ok then every time), after drinking next door, l'd go in there before the match for double spam friiter and chips.

Wonderfully succulent they were, with the grease just oozing out. I'd often pay a return visit after the match too!

Long gone now, as has the Goldstone of course.

I used to live off Buckingham Road and got into the rather pikey habit of going to Sing Lee's for 2 saveloy and half chips for nearly every weekend meal for about 2 months. I can't even look at a saveloy now. Not been into Sing Lee's for years. Salty Finger?
