Bozza, was 'banning' people that are trying to help out a fellow member really the best line to take? AdBlocker, AFAIK, can't be set to allow or block individual sites and so I'll be using it. I can, however, view NSC on FireFox (which doesn't have the blocker) if you'd like to increase ad views. In future a gentle "please view the ads on NSC" rather than a flat out ban would be nicer.

Any date when you're going to remove MiserableUser or is it planned for the rest of time?

Adblock Plus , Adblocker and other similar programs have options available to "whitelist" websites.

Also using XP I have to set the security settings to max to even get NSC to turn over a page - otherwise my CPU useage and memory useage goes beserk 99% and 100mb. Anyone know why (other than crap PC).

To answer your question; I don't know why, but I am on an old PC running on XP but have moved from IE to Chrome, mainly because NSC ran so badly on IE. Try Chrome as a browser: No problems with ads or page turning here!

Unfortunately Saltydog, we're all banned. It appears the other two haven't worked out how to bypass it though. I still think it's a little harsh (however I appreciate the concern ).
