Which channels coverage do you prefer?

BBC for me, can ITV do ANYTHING well?

3 sets of adverts in the 1/2 hour before kick off yesterday.

Gabby Logan seems too uneasy, and David Pleat is cringeworthy.

At least they've got rid of the pitchside table thing I suppose.

The only thing about the ITV coverage I like is the graphics. Other then that it is shite.

What did Pleat call the Argie keeper - Abbondianzi? The main TV commentator totally overblows and overhypes even trivial events,lapsing into hyperbole at the drop of a hat.

Motson, on the other hand, keeps things ticking over nicely. The BBC blow ITV away because they've got the ace (Hansen) and the star (Lineker).

ITV for me so far. I like the graphics, in paticular 'completed passes' etc.

Motson should have been retired along time ago, his classic for today was the indirect free kick given to England for the GK holding onto the ball for more than six seconds; it took him three minutes to work out why the free kick was given.

They aren't given at all, both companies sit down and work out together which fixtures they will show on their respective channels.

BBC- Not only do ITV have way too many adverts and too little analysis, they also feel the need to tell us that we can see the
World Tiddly winks championship LIVE AND EXCLUSIVE!!! at least three times a game. . (tomorrow at 3am).


The box that comes off the score caption nearly covers a quarter of the screen.

So true, neither the ITV or BBC are actually any good when compared to Sky.
