Hull are after Michael Bridges so it looks like Burgess could well be on his way out. Hull fans seem pretty certain that he will be leaving before deadline day.
But I bet we end up losing out to Blackpool.

Wasn't the Hull manager an integral part of MM's successful Reading team? I would have thought Parkinson would have a word with Burgess & suggest Brighton is a better move?

It's obviously touch and go on the Burgess front, he wouldn't have played today if Hull had a deal vitually sealed.

But I was pleased to see Hull lost today - there must be a gathering sense of panic at the club, their start to the season under Parkinson has been as disastrous as the goings-on at Sunderland.

It would seem to me likely in those circumstances that they will want to change things in terms of their squad, so we might get lucky yet.
