Why? Because he's British and wishes for the sane and logical immigration policies that Australia have wisely adopted.

Youll possibly find that Australias "whites only" immigration policy is, thankfully, a thing of the past, the days when "two Wongs don't make a white" a historical footnote. If Australia has sane and logical policies it is merely a sign of progression towards the 21st century, and may even lead to more liberalisation to come.

Still echoing through this great nation sadly.

The only reason that racist prick got into power was because the labor party was a complete shambles at the time.

Sorry, but of course that's nonsense. The reason Farange has become so prominent is firstly that the Glegg has destroyed the Lib Dems by selling the party out in his haste to become Deputy Prime Minister (in token).
Secondly, that almost every native Brit rightly or wrongly think our immigration policies are insufficient. And he has craftily used that as a wedge. Fortunately he probably won't ever become an important senior politician. And also fortunately, he might frighten the other parties into getting their acts together.
That's my unparty stance, because IMO Party Politics stink, and the only half honest way to run the country democratically is by voting for the best person to serve your constituency who is devoid of any party allegences.

Can I please ask the moderators of this great forum to please move these politically motivated threads off of the big board and into the other stuff forum where they belong. It is almost as though these UKIP related threads are coordinated somehow. Thanks.

Don't forget to mention that people get beaten shitless by the security guards paid to look after them (it must be mentioned that Labor's refugee policy is pretty similar).

This is one shameful nation at the moment. His approval rating has plummeted since his first budget shafted the majority of people in order to solve a non existent budget crisis, so hopefully he won't last too much longer.

Give it a rest. Gillard/Rudd were THE worst Government this nation had since the Whitlam.

This nations politics is cyclical.

Labor waste shit loads of money and **** the economy. Liberals have to come in and fix it and get hated on by the moaning welfare staters.

Rinse and repeat.

He's not racist. In fact his party has the highest amount of Indigenous elected members at one time in the history of Australian politics.

But you're right, he got in by a landslide because Labor and the Greens are woeful.

I very nearly agree ............... growing up in Eastbourne in the 70's/ 80's we had Ian Gow as our MP ......... whilst I disagreed with much of his politics he was a dedicated constituency MP and parliamentarian ............... then he got blown up. Here's Gow :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=La00bV3I4q8

This party political broadcast is bought to you by the Liberal Party, Murdoch press and assorted mining magnates.

and is largely bollocks

"get hated on by the moaning welfare staters." and almost everybody else including the largely Liberal (Ahem, Tory) State Premiers.

Except I don't vote Liberal. I vote LDP.

And those two are nothing a like. Except perhaps in the fact they both detest the socialists elements.

Your right lots of people do live in leafy Sussex, which in all honesty has not really experienced immigration on the scales some other places has seen. The closet these people get to multiculturalism is when they pick up their curry on a Saturday evening.

Well you parrot the liberal party line very well. :)

I know a few LDP voters none of whom detest socialist politics. Maybe that is just you.
