Yep, another snap here, although for England I almost went for Geoff Thomas!

Actually, I never saw Maradona live. I did however play against BOBBY F@#KING MOORE after getting a gold medal at Bobby Moore soccer schools in the 80's!! So I''ll go for him.He said in all his years he had never seen such a talent. I am available, if anyone is interested, to provide a very professional cab service to Gatwick, Heathrow or any long distance destination! :lolol:

For the Albion. Mark Lawrenson, Clive Walker or Vicente. Probably Vicente.
For England: Peter Beardsley. I saw Gazza play for Spurs but never for England.
World: I can't choose between the two Georgi's: Hagi and Kinkladze.

On the ocean wave
Albion. Peter Ward
England. Gazza
World. Ronaldinho for Barca 04. (Just unbelievable). Cruyff for Ajax 82. ( He still had it).

I'd like to add a few of players I'd love to have seen. Best. Pele. Maradona, the cheating little shite.

On the basis of seeing each more than once and therefore being a bit more objective:
Albion - Sergei Gotsmanov
England - no one springs to mind, saw England play a few times but nothing sticks in my memory
ROW - Frans Thijssen when he first arrived at Ipswich, had the ball on a string and was literally taking the piss each week

Hither and Thither
Lawrenson was probably the best for the Albion - but with Peter Ward - it was just so exciting when he had the ball. Vicente is up there - but even at this proximity his appearances seemed more like cameos.
