I've been to Stoke twice, once to the Victoria ground and once to the Brittania.
Both games ended in 1-0 defeats for the Albion, both times the weather was cold and miserable.
I hope I never have to go there again.

All ties in this round were scheduled for mid-week due to the World Cup.
Unfortunately not.

FA Cup 5th round matches have been midweek for a while now, and will continue to be midweek in the future. (n)

Just realised tickets for the three away games at B'muff, Chelsea & Spurs go on sale at the second tier at 9:am Wednesday (mate hasn't enough LP's yet. Getting home at 4 am from Stoke and getting up 4 hours later could be fun.

One of the (few) advantages of living in the Midlands was being able to get to midweek games like this; too far now unless I take a couple of days off work. Good luck to all who are going!

I won't be going to this one unfortunately.
Glad the club have increased the loyalty points for this one.

Very impressed with the numbers going.
How many tickets were sold in the end?

Duplicate question from me. Read that we sold the whole allocation, at 15% that would be 4,500, which would be seriously impressive for a midweek game. Is this correct?

Given the LPs are dependent on scanning in at Stoke this evening, I would be surprised if the LPs on the ticket website reflect attendance tommorow morning.

Worked in and around the Potteries from 1986 to 1991 doing asbestos surveys.

As an area it is absolutely shit, with the exception of the fact that you can get fresh Staffordshire Oatcakes from almost every cornershop.
