Who's afraid of the PL???

Hopefully I've remembered this correctly from the weekend, (the length of time and quantity of games isn't in doubt)

Sunderland have not won 3 consecutive games, at home*, for 5 years.


*That's the bit I'm not sure of, it might be worse, it might just be 3 games, period.

I think it is 3 games in a row in the PL, although that may not be correct given some of the end of season runs.

To be honest winning 3 on the bounce in the PL is very difficult to do and even the top teams do not do it that often in recent seasons (maybe a few times a season)
