There will be no trip to Young Boys! They are winning 3-0.

Molde have just scored to make it 1-1 and are losing 4-3 on aggregate to Zaha’s Galatasaray. 20 minutes to go.

Panathinaikos are currently drawing 0-0 with Braga and losing 2-1 on aggregate.

I'm now watching Molde take the game to Galatasaray, they're making a go of this

Molde now 2 goals down and heading to the Europa league. I’d love to get them in the group stage.

So the following join us in the groups:

Maccabi Haifa (Israel)
Panathinaikos (Greece)
Molde (Norway)

Maccabi Haifa (Israel), Molde (Norway) and Panathinaikos (Greece) have all qualified for the 2023-24 UEFA Europa League!
This is because they lost their Champions League play-off matches...
Screenshot 2023-08-29 22.06.45.png

Maccabi Haifa (Israel) lost 3-0 away at Young Boys (Switzerland), with the same aggregate scoreline.
Molde (Norway) lost 2-1 at Galatasaray (Turkey), with an aggregate defeat of 3-5 and therefore Brighton will not play a team from Turkey in the 2023-24 Europa League group stage - but there is still a chance we could play them in the knockout rounds.
And Panathinaikos (Greece) lost 1-0 at home against Braga (Portugal), with an aggregate defeat of 1-3.

Tomorrow the other three play-offs will take place, including Rangers (Scotland), with the losers qualifying for the Europa League.

EDIT: The list of qualified teams is on post #1 of this thread and the projected pots (which are unchanged) can be seen on post #154 (y)

This thread has been absolutely brilliant, I’m surprised it hasn’t contained more posts!

Annoyingly I love the look of Pot 3 sides currently, although that’s being picky.

Another 3 teams tonight and then tomorrow night we’re all done with our 32 teams!

Trying to get some info on where TSC Backa Topola will play as it doesn’t seem to have been decided yet. They can’t play group stage games there according to UEFA regulations, but there seems to be some information to the contrary.
