We've got Michel Kuipers number one, We've got the best team in the land

Brilliant signing, but I think the money could be better spent elsewhere.

I'm really stuck in two minds. Kuipers has pulled off some stunning saves. I think Roberts is better all round though. No idea who is the best.

Brilliant.

I thnik Roberts is a good signing until Kuipers is back to his best and has match fitness and confidence I think it will be Roberts.

There must be doubts about Kuipers long term fitness for us to sign a good and probably not cheap extra keeper.. Either one will do for me.

As big mouth Cloughie used to say you can only build a good team by starting at the back.

I thought Roberts added a new dimension to the defence and his distribution and confidence were a huge asset to the team

I think Roberts will start the season due to Kuipers not being fully fit, its upto Roberts to keep his place then coz he'll have one hell of a quality keeper breathing down his neck!

I would put Roberts in front, he's a better all round keeper. FDM did not look very happy a Arundel and that speaks volumes.

feel a bit sorry for FDM as when fit he is absolute quality, but you cant allow sentiment to get in the way, he has been out for a long time and this thigh problem may never be far away

SC obviously thinks this is the case

roberts will be No 1 while FDM gets fit, then it will be intersting

can only be good for the club

im a big fan of both

If only we had this big a selection headache up front.

If Roberts manages to establish himself as number one next next season I can see Kuipers handing in a transfer request. Although he seemed willing to play understudy to Mark Cartwright for much of the Division 3 Championship campaign.

doesnt mean kuipers is being written off, we have two excellent quality goalkeepers at the club!
