After March, who else is there, that is actually effective out there? Mitoma and Adingra heavily favour the left..Enciso turns to shite when put out there, and Buonanotte is completely ineffective.

Maybe, but I think Buananotte, Enciso and Adingra will still be ahead of him in that position. I think Gross will be used in the back midfield row in a rotational system with Dahoud and Milner alongside Caicedo (hopefully).
