Yes by about a year. I think that's from 1972 and he signed in the close season of 1973 if my memory serves me.

Bottom right looks a bit like my cousin, Steve Breach, who was deffo at the club at the same time as Steve Piper (if it's him on the front left) and went on to captain Crawley for many years. Don't remember him ever getting into team photos, though, so I may be wrong.
