I don't give a damn who is England manager now. The last few years have shown that there have been no future plans from the FA. They've just survived on the mediocre form of the England squad to keep the "dream" alive. Now reality has sunk in and the FA need to spend som time and effort developing players from home. That goes also with Managers. Have a five year plan to teach skills, develop them and then maintain them through high level football. You need managers with brains and stamina, the current load of prima donna managers an players need to be hung out to dry.
Can't really argue with any of that and this limiting the number of foreign players is just a quick fix for a problem that was caused by the FA. The lack of technical coaching at youth level combined with the monster money machine that is the Premiership that is destroying the chances of the majority of English talent playing at the highest level in their own country
