Talk sport, Brazil & H&J
Radio 2 Ken Bruce (pop master) & Jeremy Vine.
Saturday morning sounds of the 60's (R2)
Sometimes Friday night is music night, I will tune in this Friday cos its Gilbert O Sullivan live who I used to really like back in the day.
I really liked Wogans Sunday show which was hardly mentioned when he sadly died.

At work we have to listen to Hart FM which is terrible except for the time tunnel in the mornings.

Otherwise Talksport exclusively but the adverts are ****ing excruciating.

Still listen to it on occasion on the internet radio in the kitchen.

Mostly, I listen to Talksport, but in the car flip between Absolute, Smooth and Planet Rock depending on my mood.

Also use BBC Sussex for football when not at the game, but find myself listening to it a fair bit when the radio gets left on that station after a game.

On DAB and Internet, I also listen to some random stuff occasionally, like Pirate FM and Radio Scilly. Or Fip.

Non stop 5 live for me. Ever since Diana Modill (zzzzz) was shipped off and replaced by Nicky Campbell, and they sorted out 6-0-6, it has been smashing. Even Steven Nolan is almost listenable now he's given up peddling outrage. The first hour of Danny Baker on Saturday starts my weekend. And Alan Green reinvented commentary. Kermode's movie prog . . . I could go on . . . .

I occasionally listen to CITR Vancouver on the internet - my constant radio companion when I lived there.

Only 1 choice - ridiculous!

Personally will listen to all of these at some point during the week:

R2 - Ken Bruce is great, as are some of the specialist evening shows for Country, Folk and Blues and some of the weekend stuff. The less said about some of the 'star' presenters the better. Traffic News is useful.
R4 - Nothing like a good shout at that **** Jim Naughtie asking an interminable and incomprehensible question to some politician on Today to get you going for the day is there? Some of the stuff you get on R4 would never be aired anywhere else.
R5 Live Sports when the cricket is on as it is now the home of TMS, the most wonderful radio show ever.
R6 Music - Curates Egg but can play some absolutely stonking tunes,
Radio Sussex - sadly for local traffic news only these days, they sacked all the decent presenters years ago - oh and BHA commentary obviously!
LBC - Car Crash Radio for comedy value - I'm sure the 'Callers' are carefully selected!

UCB is missing. A good station for those of faith.

What a surprise that the oh so trendy arty toxxers of Brighton are voting 6Music as their fave, myself also gave them the nod too, but where was the RockFM or RadioX options?

Absolute 80s when I'm working, sometimes Radio 2 but not Chris Evans or Jeremy Vine.

I haven't got DAB in my van so I flick stations Radio 2, BBC Sussex, Seahaven ( this is not for long though) Talksport and 5 Live.

How far back was that. Before its current home on DAB I can only recall it being on radio 4 longwave and having to miss coverage for the shipping forecast.

Looking at Wiki, it appears to have fully shifted from Radio 3 around 1993/94.
