Radio 1 is what's on in the office all day. I don't mind the musical choices (particularly if I'm working late when better stuff comes on), but some of the presenters do drive me up the wall.

Absolute Radio for me. Absolute 70s on a Saturday as I don't want to listen to a PL match and then Ian Wright banging on about Arse. Rock n Roll football on Virgin was much better when it was just their usual play-list interrupted for a goal.

radio sussex early doors for news / travel.... if i wake stupidly early radio sussex is 5live, so have that on.. i rather like 'wake up to money'
radio 2 if home and working in the day..
do listen to absolute podcasts - jason manford, rob beckett, frank skinner... talksport colin murray show was my go to bed podcast of choice, but now weekly.... i wont bother listening live to absolute / talksport as hate adverts.
wave 105 - teenage kicks... great music from my era....
