Maybe not his top targets but we signed Pedro, Milner, Baleba, Fati, Dahoud, Baleba and Minteh off the top of my head. Clearly some didnt work out but he was backed. It was always going to be tough to replace Macalister and Caicedo, had he bought into the project he would have benefited from a further 200 million backing.

Potter

A certificate from Leeds Poly doesn't make him Yoda.

Yoda a certificate makes him emotionally expert not.

Proceeds to win a couple of home games in a year and THEN, somehow, with one of the best midfields in the country, springs a couple of results together and f***ed off .... Then .....THEN acts like a Waitrose Jake Humphrey about his personal journey .... And then fucks up.... And then fucks up again.

....all the time sucking air through his teeth.

f*** Potter.

I'm sure he's a nice chap in real life.

But

f*** him.

If you liked the job they all did. You shouldn't really vote for any of them. Leaving or being sacked is a two way street. If you get sacked you'll get a decent " Compromise Agreement". If you leave of your own free will then you get nothing. In fact if you go to another club whilst under contract then the club gets compensation. No club should be forced to keep a Manager they don't want. And no Club should own another human being. That's called " slavery ". Life goes on. Enjoy the good and live with the bad. Good times don't last forever. Neither do Bad times.

Potter left in a shitty but very common way, poached by a bigger club appealing to his greed. Will happen again, and again, and again.

Poyet on the other hand, lied on national television about our club and saviour. Fxxk him.

Oscar Garcia - Did a reasonable enough job stabilisiing things with a pretty weak squad, but at the same time seemed largely indifferent to the club and left without so much as a casual glance back over his shoulder. Arrived as the future of Barcelona wandered off into a series of mediocre coaching roles. For some reason I find this more irritating than the three above and even the truly hopeless Hyypia, who cared enough to resign and apologise.

This thread is evidence if ever there were, of the effects of recency bias.

Poyet was far more disrespectful and ungraceful in his exit, than anything Potter or de Zerbi did.

Deluded arsehole. It was very funny watching him fail everywhere he went afterwards.

And he never managed Leeds, Chelsea, Spurs or Arsenal, all clubs he touted himself, pre match, as being good enough to manage when Albion played them whilst he was manager here.

Oscar Garcia found out his daughter had a cancer brain tumour while he was at Brighton and kinds explains why he was like he was. They didn't make it public until she died three years ago aged just 21, poor fella.
