With my tongue just slightly in cheek: When the inevitable happens and we go up into the Premiership, which ground would you like to see playing Sussex By The Sea at 3pm on a Saturday next season? Let's assume - for some weird reason - that Withdean isn't deemed suitable for Premiership football.

And yes I know, I'd also be very happy indeed to finish 4th from bottom this year. But let's dream a little.

The new wembley surely. They'll rush it through seeing as we'll really need it.

And with all that space for 40,000 neutrals at every game we can re-create the stale atmosphere of Withdean. :lolol:

Is the Hove Lawns option out of the question ?

Craven Cottage for me. It is just a more pleasant place than the others. Pre-match pints at that Youngs pub in Putney (memory cells going ............).

Dear o Dear.
The withdean isn`t Championship stuff and you should be dropped points for unsuitable stadia.
The withdean is an insult to football grounds if you can call it one.
As for playing at selhurst park you are not good enough to grace our hallowed turf.

The Valley or Craven Cottage. In fact I'd get a season ticket if it was at the Cottage as it's just round the corner from home and it's a lovely little ground. Marvellous.

I won't go to Pompey, I hate the place.

Yes but at least we don't have to pay Sainsbury's rent and have to clear trollies off the pitch....

Or Reading? Reading is easy to get to on the train from Brighton and avoids London.

And of course it's handy for the travelling army of 50 million fans* coming to support the Man Utd of the south, Pompey.

* Figure adjusted to 1,300 if they're not playing very well :tosser:

I thought about the Den but the idea of shitting oneself thoroughly twice a day - both on the way to and from our own home games - rendered it out of the running for me at least.

And as for the idea of us giving a sizable chunk of money to that oddball wig-wearing egomaniac in Berkshire - nah. Scally was bad enough.

Charlton would suit me.

I doubt if the police would allow us to share with Palace, Pompey or Millwall.
