This is mrs Blue2 choice today after a couple of beers

Fried Camembert onion relish crusty bread Sauvignon blanc
Rib eye steak onion rings peas chips mushrooms Shiraz
Hot chocolate Browne vanilla ice cream sherry

My choice after three beers is

White bait with a nice salad crispy champagne tattinger or boltinger
Morrocan lamb tagine cous cous chateau Neuf de pape
Apple tar de tan custard bandy Napolian

Almost the same as my opening choices, although your steaks overcooked and I'd drop the cheddar!

Tuna carpaccio, as served in Cote, Brighton
Monk fish with pine nuts on a bed of sun dried tomatoes, as served in English's, Brighton
Crepe Atlantis, as served at The Atlantis restaurant, Praia da Rocha, Portugal
