Meant to type Chant in the heading of course..

The Gary Hart one is "Speedy Gonzalas" (la la-la la la-la la-la-la)

The other one is a tune I can't remember but its Foghorn Leghorn the Rooster always sings it (do dah do dah)

That's called 'Marching Through Georgia' which I posted on the other thread. (It's not a pop song).

No, that's... Two World Wars and one World Cup, doo dah... etc...

actually you can sing that to 'Brighton bo-oys, we are here, woah-oh etc.." as well, which may well have morphed into the current popular rendition that we get.

This is to the same tune as:
"Can you here the <name of team> sing? no no"
"Can you here the <name of team> sing?"
"I can't hear a f***ing thing"

?

Isn't that... Hello, hello, we are the Brighton boys, etc... ?

That's the one, I'm surprised that nobody else seemed to know that. It's not heard these days but was a very popular in the 70s as was London Bridge is Falling down. The lyrics were 'Harry Roberts is our mate, is out mate, Harry Roberts is our mate, He kills coppers'.

Thankfully not heard now !

Oh yes, been puzzling over 'Shit Ground, No fans' and realised it was The Pompey Chimes. For the life of me I have no idea where that originated. Doubt that a Pompey fan wrote it.

They are commonly known as the Westminster Chimes, as produced by the 4 quarter bells on the Houses of Parliament clock... Big Ben being the bell that strikes the hours.

The notes used for the so-called Pompey chimes are the third and fourth quarters.
