They are commonly known as the Westminster Chimes, as produced by the 4 quarter bells on the Houses of Parliament clock... Big Ben being the bell that strikes the hours.

The notes used for the so-called Pompey chimes are the third and fourth quarters.

they do indeed, if memory serves right its actually made up of 3 different songs.

life on the ocean wave is the first (and major) part though, Preobrajensky was used for the slow bit
