Not much chat about how to get back! Sounds like travel up to Wembley will be fairly spread out/different routes for different pubs etc. going home is a different story. Fewer trains on a Sunday evening and everyone trying to pile on the same ones?

here and there
11-15 to Clapham, overground to brondersbury, 12-30 beer and food in North london tavern and then a 30 mins journey to Wembley. Marvelous, much easier than home games

Use Wembley Central, avoiding 10,000’s queuing at Wembley Park.

Crowborough massive are on the 11.11 from Tunbridge Wells, better chance of getting home after our penalty shootout win than getting back to Crowborough !!
Didn’t fancy the uckfield line then?!

Just booked our tickets, last minute Charlie

Braving; midday Brighton - Victoria - then Underground ultimately to Wembley Park. Depending on times and crowds, might have a proper bite to eat somewhere. Preston Park is nearby, but I’d like a seat.

Coming home, using Wembley Central.

Is Wembley Central definitely worth it. What are the factors? Distance to walk from our end of the ground? Number of trains?

Assuming you stay to applaud the players, online people talk about a 45 to 90 minute total time to get onboard a Wembley Park train.

With a Sunday evening finish time, the entire crowd will just want to get home or to hotels.

Following the advice here from the 2019 semi, I’d rather make unhindered progress with a 15 minute walk.

10:29 from Chesterfield to St Pancras.

Hopefully the 20:00 return, after we win in normal time...
