Me?

Rooibos Tea.

Naturally caffeine free. Low tannin. Full of anti-oxidants which are VERY good for you. Can be drunk with milk. Tastes like normal tea only better! What's not to like?

Not really new but I've currently discovered that eating cold baked spuds like an apple is the new sandwich!

I have been eating a lot more fish recently. Mackerel on the bbq, trout or similar cooked in foil. It makes such a change from the usual cuts of meat, and is a doddle to prepare.

Not a new food I know ...........

in Menorca, I discovered Dorada...its basically Sea Bream and if you have never tasted it, you have led a very sad life.:lolol:

Seriously though...it is quite superb

Had lotus roots in China over the weekend, fairly underwhelming. And the shark's fin soup was about £35 a bowl, which was staggering. Or would have been if I'd been paying. Formal dinner occasions also seemed to involve regular toasts anytime the host said anything remotely amusing with some sort of grappa firewater, I'd had about 15 by the end of the meal and was shedded.

They don't have to be new foods. Just new to you.

I eat no fruit at all - although I like veg - so I have bought lots of plums/peaches/blueberries etc today (all in season so fairly cheap) to make smoothies!
