Very much hope there is nothing to see here. Can't deal with a summer of turmoil we need to be building for next season now- and signing targets not letting them go everywhere else

Something is wrong. And it hasn't been a very long time. Yes, we're having a little success on the field. But, it really feels like the relationship with the coaching team and the suits just isn't right. Let's just keep things simple huh? Let the manager do his job properly.

VERY MUCH THIS
I just hope he does not go or others will perceive this Albion managers job as a bit of a poisoned challis

Totally agree. Something hasn't been right all season. Mainly OG getting exasperated with the players we add to the squad being dreadful signings. How would you feel getting judged on other peoples' mistakes?

What evidence is there of a problem between coaches and the board?

Tony Bloom and Paul Barber have both stated that the final decision on all players coming to the club has been Oscar's. He is not blameless.

There isn't any evidence. People try to read between the line, the trouble is most of the time there is nothing between the lines, so they fill it up with their own nonsense.

I just heard the interview with radio sussex at the end he is asked when does he start planning for next season. He says he has to tell the players that hes proud of them, and we will see what happens. To many that will mean he isn't happy and is going to leave.

Unless it's a question of 'you get what you're given' or not at all.

That said, I guess we don't know the full procedure.

Reading too much into a comment by a disappointed bloke whose speaks English well but hasn't quite got the nuances. He doesn't control the purse strings so can hardly tell the interviewer that he's going to splash the cash in the summer.

Final decision though. That speaks volumes.

Burke has identified player A (who's shit but barber approves coz he's cheap)
Or player b (not quite as shit but barber approves coz he's also cheap). You can choose between these 2. Remember the final decision is yours Oscar
