Beer-only queues in the North. 10 years of queuing for 14 minutes, leaving 1 minute for drinking my pint. Seriously, how hard can it be.

Even from a purely financial perspective they could probably sell considerably more food and drink if they bothered to work on a more efficient system and/or staff who gave a shit.

In terms of ones that are feasible:

Toilets outside, as has been repeatedly said.

Refresh of the logo on the ground & clean the stadium roof.

Better organisation of the p&r would be nice. I get that there are limitations but it's a bit annoying having to wait 45 mins to get a bus.

Update of 'fanzone'- the songs are so cheesy.

Get rid of Hey Jude (not really an Amex upgrade granted).
Not sure why we play it, has no meaning to the club and every other club seemingly plays it.

I’ve never understood why the Mill Road buses aren’t loaded more than one at a time. It’s done quite safely for the Race Course buses and it would decrease the queuing time massively.
I’d also like wine to be sold outside.

I managed to get onto the WiFi yesterday, which doesn't often happen, only to find that SkyBet was blocked. For some reason.
Betting sites have been blocked for a while on the club wifi. If we had a preferred betting partner and that was the only one unblocked it would make sense but no idea why this has been done unless it is someone putting in standard content filters which often block gambling by default (and usually porn but I'm not sure if anyone on here wants to admit to trying to watch that while at the Amex!).

I often like to spend half time checking out tractor websites but have found them all to be blocked of late.

I thought, perhaps incorrectly, that the betting sites’ blocking was to prevent exploitation of the short time lag between live action and broadcast.

Or just make sure they have plenty pulled and ready. Not sure what they do between KO and HT.

I went down about 41 mins on Saturday in the North and got near the front thanks to a pal giving me the nod, then stood there and waited whilst they pulled 4 pints.

Intersesting, I never knew that.

It’s funny when I have the Betfair site open, and TV or radio or BBC website. The bookies suspending bets is always lightning quick, far ahead of the rest. I use it to keep up with scores.

Usually takes me about 30 second to order, receive and pay for 2 pints once I've eventually reached the front (never leave till whistle so always near the back of the queue). From observation it is the pouring of coffee and bovril that causes most of the delays.

Beer only queues please!

Don't you have self serve e-bars in your part of the stadium? In the West Lower we definately do. They should certainly speed things up considerably.

I assumed the sighs I often hear in the WSL queue were directed to the slow service and nothing more?

My 16-year-old daughter works in the kiosks at the Amex. When you've heard the amount of shit she gets from leery, pissed-up bellends you might ask why they're not desperately falling over over themselves so people like you can have their precious pint.

True that I've been far less bored at the football since RDZ took over!
