OK, I don't remember it, but there is only one club I could support. The club's recent history is inspirational. Even silly little things, like hearing Sussex by the Sea played at Lord's or seeing an Albion flag at an England cricket match brings a tear to my eyes. By the way, when I told a former colleague, who was a bit of a wag, that the place of my nurture was buried under the bypass flyover, his response was, "Well, that just goes to show something."
