Now we know why Devon Smith stood for a moment - he didn't hit it. More replays show that there was daylight between bat and ball. Why didn't he review it? Was he not sure? Did he forget that DRS was in play? Either way, look in the scorebook and it says he's out. With that, England have had the better of the hour-long morning session.

Here comes the predictable pattern in England games: get a team to say, 130/5 then somehow they get a 300+ total.

Electric start to day 2, England right on the money from the first ball and desperately unlucky not to have a sixth Windies wicket. More of the same please boys.

Ramdin off-drives the old ball for four off Stokes... and here comes the rain... the players adjourn to the pavilion... with Marlon Samuels on 97* (210 balls) and West Indies 210-5 (78.5 overs)

Rain saves the Windies when England looked well on top. Lets hope the ball continues to swing when we get back out and we can skittle them out for under 250.

The new ball is due... so hopefully Jimmy can do his special thing if/when they come back on.

Yawn.... This was entirely predictable, bloody rain in the West Indies. :lolol: No doubt they will come out and get 350 and we'll be skittled.
