Buying him a Guinness normally works.Nice one, thanks. Do I have to fight him first?
Unless its an expensive unit I would purchase a new one mate, after call out fee parts etc its not worth the agg.Anyone know of a good local engineer please?

Used this guy to fix washing machine, dishwasher and oven. Always a great service.
That's often the case with the cheap machines on sale these days, although these machines with moving parts just require a little help sometimes. I was hoping it was just the carbon brushes that were well worn, but I've replaced those and still no spinny spinny.Unless its an expensive unit I would purchase a new one mate, after call out fee parts etc its not worth the agg.

What's the point in them even selling them?just priced up the part we needed...£209.99.
I've been looking. No 15 year warranty though. Some expensive models might be 10, several are 5, and some are just the basic 2 I think.oh...and Miele![]()
