Is it not also possible just to restrict people to one forum?
Why not dump them in childish ramblings untill their 21st birthday?
I am very interested in this post rationing software though. Can you callibrate it to one or 2 posts a day and prevent them opening threads with it?

NSP is changing though. It used to be all about rimming and other forms of debaunchery but now it seems to have got all fluffy and discuss weddings and the best type of anti-deppressant.
