Tanno and Vincelot situation is totally different because one was seen and got sent off and let the team down the other didnt. So it is right that Vincelot should be fined but not Tarrico. Nobody in life ever got punished for doing wrong they always get punished for getting caught doing wrong.

Well your just an idiot then arnt you, our discipline is never, ever, EVER going to improve whilst the assissant manager is allowed to run around slapping opposition players willy nilly and not being reprimanded for it.

I am glad to be an idiot if you are the yardstick by which it is judged. If everybody committed an offence was in court rfather than those that have been caught our courts could not cope. How did Tanno let the team/club down by his actions which went unseen and unpunished. Simple answer is he didnt. How did Vincelot let us down again simple answer he received a red card after 5 mins end of argument.

I saw the whole thing, nothing allegedly about it. He punched him, clear as day, not a tap, not a slap, a punch, possibly a soft punch, but it was a punch. The fourth official was on it almost straight away, at the same time as the away bench tried to bring it to his attention. IMO I think even if the away bench had said nothing, the fourth would have brought it to the refs attention and he would have got the red regardless. Vincelot should get a severe dressing down, he let the side down, and he let the fans down.

Going senile? It is not acceptable to do something just because you get away with it, ESPECIALLY when it's the assistant manager.

Remind me to nip into your house later tonight and have your telly, obviously it's ok because I wont get caught.

This just shows what little you know about football and the way young players are trained. Most trainees at Premiershiup clubs are taught froma very young age the sly little digs, standing on players toes, pulling their shorts up etc. But they are also told do not get caught. Little digs are practiced by most pros some get away with it some dont and when they dont they get punished.

He's the assistant manager. He's 39.

Am I reading HustpierpointSeagulls comments correctly. Is he saying the club should fine any player who commits an offence but is unseen by the referee. Why stop there, how about appealing to the ref to give the opposition a penalty when he misses a handball in the box, or have Gus remove a player who commits a sending off offence that's missed. Cheating has always been part of the game, get used to it, it's up to the authorities to sort it out, but for some unknown reason they do not want to.

I think the point is fairly clear. Tanno, as assistant manager on the field of play, should be actively setting an example to the rest of the squad by staying out of the refs face and not doing twattish stuff like off-the-ball digs and rolling around like he's been shot half the time. Our disciplinary record is appalling, and its really no mystery when we have Tanno behaving as he does, while Gus hails him as our only Premiership quality player and is apparently head and shoulders above everyone else.

Pretty sure the PFA would have something to say if he was fined for this....

Well, for once I find myself in agreement with you!

There is a problem with discipline and with 2 reds, dissent, sly digs and a willingness to play act falling to the floor, Tanno (as the senior player and Gus's assistant) is setting a shocking example.

Bensgrandma's rubbish about it's ok if you can get away with it is the usual drivel though.

Clearly your not.
