Done.
I know one young man who is smart, thoughtful, non aggressive and yet feels that Tate's messaging is 'useful and helpful ' to some/many men. I have trouble squaring that view with the person I know. (I dislike Tate's messaging intensely!)
Yer I think Tate does come out with some ok-ish stuff...its good to challenge the establishment....a lot of the hate directed towards him is down to him deploying rage bait sound bites eg women can't drive. Some of the stuff he talks about is absolute drivel though.

Most of the people on this thread won't have actually watched him in long form, the majority of people have only seen snippets , read stuff online or in the papers.

Yes, I think the person I know takes the video snippets that help him with his own self esteem (I don't know what issues he feels), and turns a blind eye, or is in denial about Tate's aggressive misogynistic statements and actions. Folk can be complex.

What had he said which ”okay-ish” and isn’t “drivel”?

Also, has anyone actually made any significant financial gains from his The Real World online university? This seems to be the cornerstone of his wealth, but I’m not aware on anyone making money from this. Seems like he’s selling pipe-dreams to gullible and vulnerable people.

You get general vibe of the guy here. This is a recent video since he got free

I think he's funny and quite compelling I can see why kids listen to him. But his views on women not working etc are from the dark ages (not entirely sure he says what he means though).

Agree with a few points made here. I'm no Tate fan and I doubt many on here are. There are though, loads of teenage boys who listen to him and like what he has to say. That's where you need to get under the bonnet.

Obviously media is a lot different from when I grew up but I personally think he is filling the void with the lack of "hero" type characters that knocked about in my childhood film (such as a Han Solo, Maverick or Arnie). They are exposed to his messaging which is lot worse than "I know" " I feel the need for speed" and "I'll be back"

Toxic masculinity and being masculine have been mixed up the process.
