They were the better team for a period where we were 1-0 up, as often happens. Once it was back to 1-1, it was reasonably even, and we had chances too.
The stats show that they were behind and chasing the game.
Hmmm they had 16 shots to our 6 and 6 on target Vs 3. Their xg was also higher.i think they edged it.
You know that you get a red from 2 yellows right?
Yes, because we were winning and they were pushing trying to get back into it. Once it was 1-1, it was fairly even.

They sounded all over us on the radio. Every other passage of play seemed to end with "Spurs Player XYZ has put it wide"
Apart from Welbz early doors, the penalty and the 10 minutes preceding their winner it sounded like we were second best.
There's no shame in that. One of those days

"could" have been booked twice? The first hack on Lallana was as clear a yellow as you can get. The off-the-ball assault was looked at by VAR as a possible straight red. The bottle job of a homer ref didnt book him for either.
Indeed. If he had been booked for the first, he would have been unlikely to have committed the second, so he'd have been unlikely to have been sent off.
