They don’t know the rules. His arms were in a natural position and into his body.
Doesn't matter with a goal, if the last part of the body that touched the ball before it went in is the arm, it is disallowed, natural position or not

It feels like is a concerted effort to find any excuse to rule out Brighton goals to ensure we don’t reach the Champions League. Absolute disgrace. An investigation needs to be launched into the VAR officials ASAP. Too many times have we been robbed of goals this season.

He was the last Brighton player it touched before going in, making him the goalscorer, and in that instance it doesn't matter where his arm is. If it touches the arm at all the goal doesn't stand.
Yeh, I think they got this one right. It’s like the goal Liverpool had ruled out against us last season that would’ve made it 3-0 after 25 mins, but where we drew 2-2.

They zoom in on every individual pixel trying to find a reason why to disallow a goal.
