When I went to high school, I remember the librarian told me the story of how her son had won a competition to win a day with some of the Brighton players. As part of the day, Tony Grealish took the young lad for drinks (juice, he assured her afterwards) in the bar! Well done, Tony. RIP.

Awful news. He came to my school (Cardinal Newman) with Gary Stevens once and took a football training session back in the day.

Way too young to die.

Rest In Peace Tony Grealish.

This very sad news brings back memories of those special days in May 1983, thirty years on and the first 'Boys of 83' has departed.

Our history, our club, and yes a special player in what was a special team.

In a very small way, promotion back to the top flight would be a tribute to Tony and that era.

I'm really shocked to hear that Tony has died.

Rest in peace TG, and thanks for the memories. You do of course live on in the hearts of your loved ones and every Albion fan who witnessed you grace the turf at the Goldstone.

One of our unsung hero's of the time, when the club has some very big personailities.

Always seem to try his bestest for us.

RIP Tony :albion2:
