The save our goalkeeper produced in the first half today was absolutely incredible! Sitting in the North Stand it appeared that they had scored until he somehow managed to keep it out - Gordon Banksesque!

For me, that moment was as exciting as the Vicente dribble and shot in the Derby match last season, worth a score of anyone's money.

Our best recent signing in my opinion; incredible player!

It got a standing ovation from a vast swathe of us in the WSU where we had a perfect view. People just kept applauding... realised others were still applauding too... realised it deserved it. Appreciate that, but weren't most of us standing already at that point? Never seen people get out their seats mid-game to applaud a save, as it slowly sinks in that we have just witnessed something truly special.

That was my first thought too. The ball was pretty much behind him when he managed to scoop it away!

Absolutely quality keeper. I did have doubts over his kicking but seems to have worked on that. As a shot stopper there are very few better. I love him

Fantastic save - I was already doing my foot stomping swearing rant (when the opposition score) then he clawed it out.

That save was world class...reminds me of Banks at his best....can't think of a greater compliment

Conceeded only once in four (tough) matches. Unbelievable keeper an has been a revelation for us this season. And tbh I really don't care about his kicking/distribution; he us there to save stuff and he does that brilliantly.

We shouldn't be TOO surprised as he was doing this for West Brom on a weekly basis before he signed for United - but bloody hell, what a keeper we have in PIG
