Well he's right, as you magoo lovers were relishing a sort-of sick enjoyment out of rubbing it in when we were losing under DW.

It's still not a sure thing that we're a winning concern, no club goes on forever winning, and not without eventually meeting sides that are in a similar situation or a higher calibre.

we are more potent in the transfer market - Whing and Bowditch are signings of a calibre we would not have seen under McGhee.

Doesn't wash, McShane and Gifton Noel-Williams are better players and they were loan signings at this club just 6 months ago.

Great - so we'll get one of these every time we win and a 'Wilkins Out' thread every time we lose?

Talk about blowing hot and cold.

In my opinion (and I was a 'McGhee inner') we are doing things that we never did under him. We seem to have a cohesion and team spirit that was lacking previously. I would now accept that it probably was the right time to change managers as I think that the previous 2 seasons of trying to keep us in the Championship on a 'next to nothing' budget had got to Mcghee.
