What a beautiful picture. A vast improvement on the ghastly Brighton University buildings, and far more attractive than this eyesore that may go up next to Brighton Station in the New England development. I bet that will get the nod without any problems, inquiries, NIMBY protests or anything else, when it is far out of scale and would overshadow Brighton Station.
