It's MURRAY time. He's on court now, trying to hold his first service game against Gasguet.

He's getting well pissed off with the very childish "Come on Tim" shouts too :lolol:

I can't wait until next week when everyone suddenly realises that they don't actually like tennis after all

it would be nice if he succeeded in his own country one day, if they ever get round to hosting a grand slam tournament.

I can't hear because I'm watching with the sound down, but if that's true I would find that frightfully witty. :lolol:

This is a general shout over the tournament not just limited to this game when I have no idea if anyone has shouted it yet, but knowing it pisses him off, you just would wouldn't you...

i think his going to struggle to win this i hope he does but tough test

Hardest so far, but should be ok. Murray is a much better, fitter, faster player than he was during that 5-setter 3 years ago, and Gasquet is a little older.

It was actually indirectly that game that made him step up a notch - he was mauled so badly by Nadal in the next round in '08, partly because he was so knackered after a gruelling 5 sets the round before, that he started to train a lot, lot harder. He is now one of the quickest and fittest on the circuit.

I predict tomorrow's Sun headline will be:

"MURRAY JOYRIDE ENDED BY BLOWN GASQUET"

He's looking very British at the moment

Setting himself up nicely for a three set thrashing by Federer, Djokovich or Nadal (not sure who's side of the draw he's in)
