Cheating? ? ? ? ?;)

Supaseagull is refering to the fact Spurs played away at Saints on the last game of the season and between you managed a tame 0-0 draw. ( Was there even a shot on target ???).

Interesting to note if it had been 3 points a win then we would have gone up instead.

Might watch MOTD2 sometimes but beyond that the only football I am really interested in is Brighton and Hove Albion FC.

Could not give a f*** about Arsenal being 'light years' ahead of us, how great Stamford Bridge is, the latest pay deals, sky sports super sunday wank fest etc etc. I have never had sky and if I want to give anybody in football my money I will spend it on the Albion (or whoever we are playing away) and local non-league clubs...

the money is a disgrace. it is predictable and boring. the amount of plastic fans is outrageous. sitting in a ruddy boozer in brighton on a SUNDAY watching f***ing united and seeing all the c.unts forcing passion is embarrassing

fair enough.

I feel the same way about audi drivers. A car gets me from a-b in reasonable comfortableness - if I wanted speed and looks I would buy an audi

In the same way as if I wanted to see the worlds best players every week, I would go and support arsenal as it is, I watch third division footy in an uncomfortable stadium.

Part of the reason I started this thread is because I think things are getting worse.

What chance is there when the best player at the best team getting paid the best salary is described as a slave and has his arse kissed by the head of FIFA?

Steve Sidwell is a microcosm of why things are so bad. He's finally gone to a team where he'll get some first team football and contend for an England place, but has sat on his arse earning a fat wage while the likes of Barry, Carrick and Jenas have all jumped well ahead of him.

All 3 of those players have one thing in common - they served their time with second tier clubs and proved themselves, something Sidwell was not prepared to do. With Essien, Makelele, Ballack, Joe Cole, Mikel in the squad he was NEVER going to start a meaningful match. I loved him at Brighton, but if the greedy fucker gets anywhere near an England squad I will cringe.
